Minimum age for showroom admission is 5 years and older. The recommended age is 14 and older.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to show time.

Guests must present photo identification to pick up tickets at Mandalay Bay Box Office.

Tickets must be picked up at least one (1) hour prior to Showtime or they will be released.

Tickets may be canceled without cost and changes will be accepted until 6pm three (3) days prior to scheduled show date.
